Best Paper Awards

All accepted abstracts have the opportunity to be selected as best conference paper (or finalist) and/or to be invited to submit a special issue in the Journal of Service Theory and Practice.

To be considered for a Best Paper Award and subsequent special issues, authors should submit a full paper by 14 March 2020 (date extended). Since authors will be informed by 02 December 2019 about their abstract acceptance, they have three months to craft a first draft to be considered for the best conference paper and invitation for the special issue. The submission should take the format of a regular paper. (http://www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com/jstp.htm). Submissions should be made directly to the SERVSIG Board via the conference email and include “Best Paper Award Submission” in the subject line.
