The Co-creation in Service and Customer Engagement (CCIS-CE) started in 2013 and is a SERVSIG affiliated research workshop founded by Dr Tom Chen. The event in 2020 will be hosted by the Behavioural Economics, Society and Technology (BEST) centre at QUT that brings together the fields of economics, marketing and technology for the societal and economic benefit – contacts contact Prof. Byron Keating email@example.com or Dr Tom Chen firstname.lastname@example.org.
